Process:
Custom commissions usually take about a month to complete from moment of payment to delivery of final painting (if shipped to a location within the USA). I will send progress updates along the way until final approval. Once final approval of the painting is confirmed, it has to dry for about a week before I can ship it out.  This timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed as sometimes there can be delays in the process. If a specific due date is needed for the painting, I must be made aware of the exact date before we begin the painting. 

Shipping:
Includes free shipping within the USA. Shipping outside of the USA is subject to additional shipping fees which must be discussed and processed before I begin the painting, and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties to their country. Some countries and locations I am not able to ship to outside of the USA.

Paintings are shipped securely packed and insured via UPS or USPS (depending on destination). I do not use any other courier for shipping.

Payment and Returns:
Payment must be made in full before I begin working on the commission.

I do not accept returns or refunds for commissions as they are made to order custom, unless the items arrive damaged from shipping in which I will process a damage claim with the courier to regain costs for a refund.

Other:
I allow changes and adjustments to be made to the painting during the process within reason, however nothing that would have me needing to recreate a substantial amount of the painting etc.
